Meeting notes that stay on your Mac — live transcription, speaker ID, AI polish, zero cloud.

The problem
You pay monthly for a meeting-notes app, a clipboard manager, an OCR tool, and a window manager — and your meeting audio gets shipped to someone else's cloud to do it.
How it works
Bot-free, on-device recording
Captures your mic and the system audio as two clean channels via a Core Audio process tap — no bot joins the call. Works with Zoom, Meet, Teams, anything that plays audio.
Live transcription + speaker ID
Apple SpeechAnalyzer transcribes word-by-word, offline and free; CoreML diarization splits speakers and infers their real names from context. Auto-detects up to 3 languages.
Your AI, your machine
Rough notes + transcript become structured notes, a summary, action items, and a follow-up email — by shelling out to the claude / codex / gemini / grok CLI you already pay for. No API keys, no per-token billing, nothing leaves your Mac.
Replaces four subscriptions
Meeting notes, clipboard history, OCR, and window management — in one native app.
Open source (MIT). Beta — notarized v1.0 public release upcoming.
